The section within the red box is called the Google snippet. Understanding the importance of the snippet is very important for a business owner.
As you can see when I searched for one of my services on Google the results page also know as SERPS displays my webpage information within the snippet section.

The old marketing phrases “be the purple cow in the field” meant that rather than being just another black and white in the field you would get much more attention from passers-by if you were a purple cow.
So I’m advising you to be a purple cow by having stars and ratings beside your business information in the Google snippet that help turn searchers into website visitors.
Will it convert more business?
There is no doubt that the answer is yes! Many smarter people than me have tested this technique and similar software much more than I have and they have the data to prove that Google snippet stars and ratings (social proof) definitely increases the traffic flow into your website.
