Consultations are a great way of planning and creating ideas for moving your business forward into the future and ahead of your competitors. Lets construct and plan a way forward for your business using tried and tested strategies using experience, knowledge and techniques to better your business both online and offline whilst establishing it as a trustworthy brand in order to increase conversion rates.

During your consultation we will focus on where your business is now and make a list of what can be worked on in order to expose your business and help it reach more people. Today’s business is about results and FIZZ is here to help you achieve better, bigger and more!

This service can also include any training you require for your website or online profiles.

CONSULTATION RATES

All consultations are booked for a minimum of 2 hours.

2-Hour consultation is £200.

All-Day consultation (Max, 5 hours) is £500.

Book a Consultation

Consultations are booked and paid for upfront.

You are required to complete the booking form below.

Once we receive your consultation, we will issue an invoice for your records.

All consultations are held at the FIZZ office (unless requested otherwise).

The additional hourly rate is £100 per hour. An invoice will be sent after the session has been completed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

At FIZZ designs & SEO, we respect your time – and ask the same in return. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible.

Cancellations

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled consultation for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will incur a 50% cancellation fee

No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will be charged the full fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your consultation once, free of charge, provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Any additional changes or reschedules within 24 hours may incur the same 50% cancellation fee.

Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand emergencies happen. If something unavoidable comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion in cases such as illness or family emergencies.

Cancellations by FIZZ designs & SEO

If we need to cancel or reschedule your session for any reason, you will be offered:

A priority rebooking date.

Or a full refund, if preferred.
