Guest Post Checklist – What You Need to Know Before Submitting!

2. Content Guidelines

Word Count: Minimum 1000 words, well-structured with headings, subheadings, and bullet points for readability.

Formatting: Use proper headings (H1, H2, H3), short paragraphs, and bullet points to improve readability.

Tone & Style: Content should be informative, engaging, and professional. No overly promotional or sales-driven content.

Citations & Facts: If you mention statistics or studies, provide credible sources with links.

3. Link Policy

Do-follow Links: We allow 1 do-follow link to your website (additional links may be available for a fee).

Contextual Links: Your backlink must be naturally placed within the content, not forced or promotional.

No Spammy Links: We do not accept links to adult, gambling, pharma, or illegal content.

No Over-Optimisation: Anchor text should be natural (no keyword stuffing).

4. Image & Media Requirements

Featured Image: Select a high-quality royalty-free image from our Envato account (or we can select one for you).

Additional Images: All images used must be licensed or properly credited or Envato (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay, etc.).

Infographics & Videos: Allowed if relevant and properly sourced.

5. Editorial Rights

We reserve the right to edit, modify, or reject any submitted article.

We may adjust links, formatting, and structure to ensure quality and SEO compliance.

Once published, the content becomes the property of FIZZ designs & SEO and cannot be republished elsewhere.

6. Submission & Pricing

 Turnaround Time: Typically 2-5 business days for approval and publishing.

How to Submit: Send your article in Google Docs or Word format.

7. Prohibited Content

❌ No AI-generated spun, or plagiarised content

❌ No links to low-quality, spammy, or black-hat SEO websites

❌ No offensive, misleading, or clickbait content

8. Payment Terms

 Payment must be completed before publishing (via PayPal, Wise, or Bank Transfer).

 No refunds once the article is published.
