Upon receiving the digital signature from you we will raise an invoice for the total amount and send it to your email.
Please complete a 50% payment in order to secure the booking.
You’ll need to also set up the direct debit via the link sent in your agreement email. This will activate your hosting services etc.
After bacs payment & direct debit is complete, please proceed to start on Step 4.

Content
The final and most important part of the process is the content.
Please follow the instructions in the section below to supply us with the text, photos and any video we need to complete the job.
It’s very important that we receive the content from you within a maximum of 2 weeks of the invoice being paid.
Getting the Content Ready…
If anything is going to go wrong with a project you can be assured by experience we know it will be at the content stage of the process. That’s why we have created this system to try and help you create the content for your new website as easily as possible.
Listed below are tips, guides and tools to help you get there with relative ease but remember, if you get stuck, reach out to us for further help and assistance.
Using
Google Docs
Write the Text on Google Docs
In the past people would supply a Word document however over the years we’ve found that these docs can conflict from Windows to Mac to Linux so the safest bet is to use Google Docs.
Google Docs is an online Word document tool that is perfect for creating text for your website. The benefits of using Google Docs for creating content is that it is online 24/7 and can be used on computers, tablets and mobile.
It can also be shared amongst multiple users like you and team FIZZ without the need for emailing files or attachments. This removes the chance of conflicts, multiple copies of altered files and keeps everything in realtime, online.
We know that once you have used Google Docs you will never go back.
Please share your Google Doc with google[at]fizzdesigns.co.uk

Sharing
Photos & Videos
Organise Your Photos/Videos + Send!
Sharing your photos and videos with us in high resolution really makes a difference. That’s why we need to be careful when sending them over because some platforms condense and scrunch the size and quality of the media being uploaded.
And due to file sizes being so much larger these days sending them by email will take ages.
We suggest you use a Cloud sharing option. One of the quickest ways is to use WhatsApp however not a lot of people know that they reduce the size and quality of each file you send and it isn’t normally good enough for a webpage.
BUT, we have a clever way of sending photos and videos via WhatsApp, so watch the above video or read this blog!
