LET'S GET STARTED
GO TO YOUR DEVICE EMAIL SETTINGS AND CREATE A NEW IMAP EMAIL
THIS CAN SOMETIMES BE LISTED AT THE BOTTOM UNDER 'OTHER Mail Account'
Input the following information into the blank fields.
Your IMAP email will work on a computer, laptop or smartphone.

Incoming Mail

This is the name that comes through on email. Should be: Business Name | Your First Name & Surname
Authentication
Some email programs ask if the email requires authentication if this is the case, tick yes.

Manual Setup
If automatic setup failed, you can choose Manual setup or additional server types to enter your settings manually. Use these settings:
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk.
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.co.uk.
Incoming server port (IMAP): 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
Outgoing server port (SMTP): 587
Use the following type of encrypted connection: TLS
In the Advanced Features for Outgoing Mail Server, there may be some additional settings that need changing. Please make certain that:
Your are using port 143 for non SSL IMAP connections or port 993 for SSL IMAP connections.
You are using port 587 for SMTP.
You should be using STARTTLS where offered (not every mail client will offer this).
You are not using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
You are using Password for Authentication
